| July 10, 2008 2633 McKinney Ave. Suite 130-374 Dallas, TX 75204 To whom it may concern: RE: Letter of Recommendation - Tricia Aldridge When I decided to learn how to horseback ride I called on M-Bar-K Farms. Tricia Aldridge has been my trainer since January 2008 and because of her dedication and patience I have realized a dream while having an incredible time doing it. This lifelong dedication and passion for horseback riding is why Tricia is not only an excellent teacher but is also successful when it comes to competing. I am an entrepreneur who owns a real estate investment firm in Dallas, Texas. Though this is what I do full time I also help run our family consulting business and have launched two other startups thus far in my career. As an entrepreneur I am impressed when I seen an individual as young as Tricia, have more drive, dedication and accountability than most of my friends and employees. Though her many past achievements and experience in horseback riding are certainly impressive, it is my opinion that what separates her from the crowd is her knowledge of her field, her discipline, and her willingness to act on opportunity. Today, I find myself doing business with Tricia. When it comes to investing, I take into great consideration the values of the person I am dealing with. Honesty, accountability and integrity weight heavily because without them, it can make a good opportunity easily turn into one to ad to my school of hard knocks. I can honestly say that Tricia has all those qualities. It is my hope that this letter helps you see beyond Tricia's talent and experience and see that you will be helping a leader and a role model of our community achieve greater success. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me as I would gladly help in any way. Sincerely, Blenda Lozano Partner Karma Ventures, LLC |
| July 2008 - Tricia is continuing to show Dodge and Sparx in barrels and is currently interested in seeking sponsorships. Below is a reference letter from one of her students. Tricia is qualified to go to several world shows over the next year and she currently has two more horses she is training to run in the Old Fort Days Futurity and Derby as well as the Future Fortunes Futurity. Tricia has also started taking lessons with a Professional Reining trainer to enhance her barrel racing skills as well as to pass along this knowledge to her students and to utilize this awesome method of training with her clients own horses that she is training. She hopes to start showing her new stallion Poco in reining classes by next spring! |
